Heart for Philippines is a charity whose objectives are the relief of those in need in the Philippines and the U.K., who are and have been impacted by natural disasters, global health crises, and poverty, through the provision of grants, funding, and the distribution of essential items such as food, clothing, hygiene items, and educational support.

We are here to serve, committed to fostering a sense of belonging and hope, because no one should be left behind. We seek to respond to various needs, facilitating avenues of support, learning, empowerment, and sharing for the Filipinos.

It’s been just over a month since the Abella Children’s Community Library opened its doors in Naga City, Philippines — and honestly, we’re still taking it all in. What started as a simple dream has turned into a bright, welcoming space where children are discovering the joy of reading, many for the first time. ![]()

This beautiful project wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of the people of Swindon, UK. Families, schools like Pinewood School, Watchfield Primary, Westrop Primary and Nursery School, and Eastrop Infant School and amazing groups such Highworth & District Lions Club and Sustainable Shrivenham. Since opening day, here’s what’s unfolded:![]()
• Children proudly received their very first library cards ![]()
• We handed out school supplies and book bags ![]()
• A joyful feeding program brought full bellies and even fuller hearts ![]()
• Most importantly, we’re seeing a real love for books begin to grow ![]()
